Glow & Grow – Terms & Conditions [Members]

Welcome to Glow & Grow. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile app and services. By using the Glow & Grow app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Glow & Grow

Glow & Grow is a digital membership platform offering pregnancy and early parenthood support, including access to Glow & Grow Pods, exclusive offers, and curated resources.

2. Membership & Fees

Membership Options:

  • Monthly: £3.99/month
  • Yearly: £24.99/year

Billing:

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Refunds:

Refunds are managed by Stripe and subject to their refund policies.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current account details.
  • Use the app only for lawful, personal use.
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service or access unauthorised content.

4. Pod Access & Safety Disclaimer

Glow & Grow Pods are provided to enhance your family's experience at participating venues.

  • Always supervise children in the pods.
  • Pod access is subject to venue opening hours and availability.
  • Glow & Grow and its partners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items while using the pods.

5. Partner Offers

  • Offers shown in the app are provided by third-party partners.
  • Availability, terms, and discounts may change and are subject to the partner's own terms.
  • Glow & Grow is not responsible for the fulfilment or accuracy of third-party offers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including branding, logos, design, and written material — is owned by Glow & Grow, The Glow and Grow Movement or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

You may delete your account at any time via your device settings.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. Please review it carefully before using the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via the app. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

Glow & Grow – [Partner] Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as a Partner in the Glow & Grow programme. By joining as a Partner, you agree to abide by the following terms set out by Glow & Grow Ltd.

1. Partnership Overview

Glow & Grow is a platform designed to support families, pregnant people, and new parents by providing access to physical support spaces ("Glow & Grow Pods") and exclusive offers via our app and membership model.

Partners may:

  • Host Glow & Grow Pods at their venues
  • Offer discounts, incentives, podcasts or information via the Glow & Grow app
  • Feature in Glow & Grow campaigns, events, or marketing

2. Partner Responsibilities

As a Glow & Grow Partner, you agree to:

  • Honour any agreed-upon offers or discounts as listed in the Glow & Grow app.
  • Communicate any changes to your offers or business details (e.g. opening hours, availability) at least 7 days in advance.
  • Provide a consistent, family-friendly experience to Glow & Grow members.
  • Display Glow & Grow signage or QR codes (as provided) at your location, if applicable.

3. Pod Hosts Only

If you are hosting a Glow & Grow Pod on-site, you also agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible location for the pod.
  • Permit installation and maintenance by Glow & Grow or its authorised contractors.
  • Allow basic utilities (e.g. electricity) for operation, if required.
  • Report any damage, access issues, or safety concerns promptly to the Glow & Grow team.

Glow & Grow remains the owner of the pod and branding.

4. Fees & Payments

  • There is no cost to join the Glow & Grow Partner programme.
  • Partners are expected to provide a tangible benefit to Glow & Grow members (e.g. 10% discount, free item, exclusive access).
  • Partners do not receive payment for participation unless agreed in writing.

5. Use of Logo and Branding

  • Partners may use the Glow & Grow logo only in approved formats and must not modify the brand materials.
  • All promotional materials must be in line with Glow & Grow's brand guidelines and values.

6. Termination of Partnership

Glow & Grow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership if:

  • The partner breaches these terms
  • The partner is involved in conduct that could harm the Glow & Grow brand
  • The business ceases to operate or no longer fits the values and vision of Glow & Grow

Partners may terminate the agreement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.

7. Liability

Glow & Grow is not liable for:

  • Any disputes between the Partner and Glow & Grow members
  • Any damages, losses, or claims that arise in connection with offers, services, or pod usage unless caused directly by Glow & Grow's negligence

8. Data & Privacy

Glow & Grow may share basic partner details (e.g. business name, address, website) with members and across marketing platforms.

Partners must not collect or misuse any personal data of Glow & Grow users in breach of data protection laws (e.g. UK GDPR).

9. Marketing & Promotion

By joining the programme, you agree to Glow & Grow using your business name, logo, or offer details in promotional materials — including online, print, and social media — unless you request otherwise in writing.
